These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Notified (the "App"), built and operated by an independent developer ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Notified lets you track topics you choose (such as a company, person, research area, or content creator) and sends you notifications when it finds genuine, relevant updates. The App uses automated search and AI-assisted judgment to find and summarize this information — it is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as your sole source for financial, medical, legal, or investment decisions. Always verify important information independently before acting on it.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will find every relevant update, that its summaries are accurate or complete, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party data sources the App relies on may themselves be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
Notified offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans (currently Plus and Pro) that unlock additional topics, checklist items, and features.
Prices and included features for each plan are shown in the App before purchase and may change over time; changes will not affect a subscription you've already purchased until its next renewal, and will be communicated in advance where required by law.
You agree not to use the App to violate any applicable law, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App's backend services, or to use automated means to extract data from the App at scale.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including decisions made based on information the App provides.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may update these Terms as the App evolves — for example, if we introduce account-based sign-in in the future, these Terms will be updated to reflect any new obligations that come with that (such as account termination and data deletion rights). We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected here before or when the relevant feature launches.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Because the App is distributed via the Apple App Store, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions also apply, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) standard terms, to the extent we have not superseded them with the terms above.
